My tattoo i got done just over a week ago. It hurt alot but totally worth it. I got this for two reasons, one because i love pocket watches i just think they look pretty cool and also “Time waits for no-one” means to me, dont sit around and wait for things to come to you, go and get them (ie. Follow your dreams and fight for them) The time on the clock is 11:11 (make a wish) which ties in with the meaning.

“It’s always necessary” Finally started on my chest piece! This is my favorite line from Foer’s book ‘Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.’ Basically, if you love someone, let them know, it’s always necessary because you don’t know when they’ll go. Make every moment amazing, and don’t leave someone on bad terms.
I got this done at Pleasures of the Flesh in Fort Myers, Florida. Heather Ann Law did an amazing job, and it’s probably the least painful tattoo I’ve gotten. :) I can’t wait to get it colored in Spring!

This is my fourth tattoo. I got it at SkinDeep Tattoo Studio in Montreal by Rowan McKenzie. It’s a small studio but he’s a great artist. I know a lot of people get bird tattoos, but mine means moving forward. I also love birds and envy their ability to fly. I really love it.
